About ONE
PILATES IS WHERE WE BEGIN. MOVEMENT IS WHERE WE GO.
At ONE, we take the principles that make Pilates so effective—control, precision, breath, and intentional movement—and build on them through different forms of training. Our studio combines classical Pilates principles with modern strength training through Reformer, mat, and infrared heated mat classes, creating a movement experience that can meet you where you are and grow with you.
Our Classes are thoughtfully programmed to create structure without the routine. Each instructor develops class plans within ONE's programming standards, allowing individual teaching style to come through while giving members the consistency they need to build habits, confidence, and progress over time.
Classic is our shared foundation—a set class rooted in Pilates principles and taught consistently across our instructors. Sculpt and Power follow structured plans that refresh weekly, with both available as SWEAT classes in our infrared-heated mat studio. Signature Flow Reformer follows an instructor-specific plan that refreshes every few weeks, while Strength Flow Reformer incorporates props and refreshes weekly.
The goal isn't to constantly chase something new. It's to create a practice you can return to, build on, and grow through.
What to expect at ONE
WE'RE SO GLAD YOU'RE HERE
Starting somewhere new can feel unfamiliar, especially if you're trying Pilates for the first time or returning to movement after some time away. At ONE, our goal is to make that first experience feel welcoming and approachable. You don't need prior Pilates experience or a certain fitness level to belong here.
From the moment you walk through our doors, you'll find encouraging instructors and a community that celebrates every milestone—whether it's your first class, your hundredth, or simply showing up on a day that felt hard. Our instructors are here to guide you, challenge you, and meet you exactly where you are, with clear instruction and thoughtful support along the way.
We believe progress looks different for everyone, and that confidence is built through showing up. With each visit, we hope ONE feels a little more familiar and you feel a little more confident.
Our faith is the foundation of ONE. While everyone is welcome here, we strive to reflect Christ through the way we serve, encourage, and care for every person who walks through our doors. More than a workout, ONE is a place to build strength, create lasting habits, find community, and invest in the life you want to live.
What you'll see in the studio
A space designed for your practice
From the moment you arrive, you'll step into our lobby and lounge, where you'll find lockers for your belongings and a place to settle in before class. Leave your shoes at the door, make your way through the curtains, and into the studio.
First, you'll find our Reformer Studio, featuring six Reformers, ambient lighting, and a collection of props and equipment displayed along the back wall. Through the double glass doors, you'll enter our Mat + SWEAT Studio, where our mat-based classes and infrared-heated experiences take place.
Everything you need for class is provided, including mats, props, and studio equipment. Mat towels are also available to rent for our SWEAT classes and are required for every heated session.
Just beyond the studios, you'll find our powder room for anything you may need before or after class.
Come in, get settled, and make yourself at home.
Preparing for Class
A space designed for your practice
Whether you're a Founding Member, current member, class-pack client, or joining us for the first time, your booking access will depend on your membership or purchase. Members receive early access to the schedule for priority booking, so you can secure the classes and times that work best for you. Once your class is booked, you'll receive a confirmation from ONE by email or text with your class details.
FIRST CLASS?
We ask that you arrive at least
5 minutes before class so we can welcome you, show you around the studio, and make sure you're comfortable before class begins.
WHAT TO WEAR
Come in comfortable athletic wear that allows you to move freely while still allowing your instructor to see your alignment and form. We recommend avoiding overly loose-fitting clothing, as it can make it more difficult for your instructor to properly observe and adjust your movement.
PILATES SOCKS REQUIRED
Grip Pilates socks are required for all classes to support studio hygiene and provide a secure, comfortable foundation for your practice.
SHOES OFF AT THE DOOR
ONE is a shoe-free studio. Please remove your shoes in the lobby before heading beyond the curtains and into the studio spaces.
Help Us Make Space for Everyone
Late cancellation + no-show policy
At ONE Pilates, class sizes are intentionally limited to create a more personalized experience for every client. Because each spot is reserved specifically for you, we kindly ask that you cancel your reservation at least 6 hours before class if you are unable to attend.
LATE CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled class time are considered a Late Cancellation and are not eligible for a refund or class credit.
NO-SHOWS
If you do not attend your scheduled class and do not cancel through the app, your reservation will be considered a No-Show. No-Shows will forfeit the class and incur a
$10 no-show fee.
UNEXPECTED CIRCUMSTANCES
We understand that unexpected situations happen. If an emergency prevents you from attending class, please contact us as soon as possible so we can determine how best to assist you.
LATE ENTRY
For the safety and experience of our clients and instructors, studio doors will be locked
5 minutes after class begins. Once class has reached the 6-minute mark, entry will no longer be permitted. If you find yourself running behind, please let your instructor know as soon as possible by messaging them through the app. While late entry cannot always be accommodated, we'll do our best to assist when possible.
Thank you for helping us protect class availability and maintain an intentional experience for everyone in our community.
Cell Phones + Media
BE PRESENT. SHARE THE MOMENTS.
We love seeing ONE through your eyes. Take photos with your friends, capture a moment with your instructor, and share your experience with us before or after class—we love being tagged and seeing our community show up online.
During class, we ask that phones remain on silent or vibrate and that you stay off your device whenever possible. If you need to take an urgent call, please step outside the studio so we can keep the experience focused and uninterrupted for everyone.
CAPTURE WITH CONSIDERATION.
We know not everyone wants to appear in photos or videos, and we want everyone to feel comfortable in the studio. If you plan to record during class, please reserve a designated media space in the back row of the Mat Studio when booking.
If a media space is unavailable, please check with those around you before recording and make every effort to keep other clients out of the frame. Please blur or cover anyone who may appear in the background before sharing your content.
We love when you capture your ONE experience—we simply ask that you do so with consideration for the people around you.
Be present. Move with intention. Share the moments that are yours to share.
