Reformer Studio

  • Signature Flow

    BEGINNER-FRIENDLY REFORMER PILATES

Signature Flow is your introduction to Reformer Pilates. Using the reformer and its adjustable spring resistance, you'll learn foundational Pilates movements while building full-body strength, stability, mobility, and control.

The pace is intentional and instructor-led, giving you time to learn the equipment, understand the movements, and become comfortable with the method.

You don't need to be flexible or experienced to start here. Come as you are, and we'll meet you where you are.

  • Strength Flow

    INTERMEDIATE-ADVANCED REFORMER PILATES

Strength Flow takes the foundations of Reformer Pilates and turns up the challenge. You'll work through more dynamic sequences, increased resistance, and longer combinations designed to challenge your strength, endurance, stability, and control.

This class is best suited for clients who feel comfortable on the reformer and are ready to push their practice further.

If you've built your foundation and you're ready for more, this is your next step.

Mat Studio

  • The Classic

    JOSEPH PILATES-INSPIRED MAT PILATES

The Classic brings Pilates back to its roots, drawing closely from the original exercises and principles developed by Joseph Pilates. Each class emphasizes precision, breath, alignment, control, and intentional movement while building strength and body awareness from the ground up.

While the class is inspired by Joseph Pilates' original method, exercises may be adapted or modified to better serve the people in the room. Whether you're brand new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, you'll be guided through the movements with an emphasis on quality, control, and proper form rather than simply moving through a workout.

The Classic is not about doing more. It's about learning to move better.

  • Sculpt

    STRENGTH-BASED PILATES

Sculpt is where Pilates meets light strength training. You'll use intentional Pilates-based movement alongside resistance exercises to build strength, improve muscular endurance, and challenge your entire body without high-impact movement.

It's the kind of class where the movements may look small, but you'll feel them. Sculpt is approachable for a wide range of fitness levels, making it a great option whether you're building strength for the first time or looking for a new challenge to add to your routine.

Come ready to move, work, and probably feel muscles you forgot you had.

  • Power

    HIIT x STRENGTH x PILATES

Power is our most athletic mat experience, blending Pilates, light strength training, and higher-energy intervals into one challenging full-body workout. You'll move at a quicker pace while building strength, cardiovascular endurance, stability, and power.

This class is designed for those who enjoy a more energetic workout and want to leave feeling like they really worked. Modifications are always available, but the overall experience is intentionally challenging and best suited for clients who are comfortable with exercise and ready to turn up the intensity.

Infrared Heated

  • SWEAT

    INFRARED HEATED PILATES EXPERIENCE

SWEAT takes our Sculpt and Power classes into our infrared-heated studio for an elevated version of your workout. The infrared warmth creates a different environment to move in, helping you feel warm, loose, and ready to work while you build strength and endurance.

SWEAT is not a separate style of Pilates; it's an experience layered onto our strength-based mat classes. You'll still get the same intentional programming and challenging movement, just with the added element of infrared heat.

If you love a good sweat and enjoy turning your workout into a full experience, you'll feel right at home here.

Not Sure Where to Start?

If you're brand new to Pilates, returning to exercise, or simply unsure which class feels right, Signature Flow or The Classic are great places to begin. If you're looking for a strength-focused workout, Sculpt offers a balance of Pilates and resistance training, while Power brings a faster, more athletic pace. If you're already comfortable on the reformer, Strength Flow will give you more resistance and complexity to work with. And if you're ready to add some heat to your workout, SWEAT brings our Sculpt and Power formats into the infrared-heated studio.

Wherever you're starting, you don't have to arrive already knowing what you're doing. That's what we're here for.

Come As You Are. Leave Stronger.
